We strongly advocate for promoting a respectful and inclusive environment. We have the right to reject any design or placement that may be deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or racist. We kindly request all our clients to approach our artists with a positive attitude and courteous behaviour. 

We reserve the right to refuse service if any misconduct or inappropriate demeanor occurs. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure and welcoming space for everyone.

Our policy requires individuals to be 18+.

However, we do allow individuals who are underage to participate with parental or guardian permission with valid ID.

Our shop policy allows clients to bring one friend with them to their appointment. 

However, for sanitation reasons, we do not permit pets inside the shop.

To ensure that our appointments are managed efficiently, we kindly request that you notify your assigned artist at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

Additionally, if you choose to schedule another appointment after losing your initial deposit, you will be required to submit a new deposit.

• WHEN YOU ARE SICK

For the safety of our artists and your tattoo, we recommend rescheduling your appointment until you have fully recovered. Tattooing while sick can complicate healing and prolong your illness. 

• PREGNANCY

We strongly advise against getting a tattoo during pregnancy due to potential complications that could impact both the mother and the baby's well-being.

• MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Serious  medical conditions should be discussed with a professional beforehand to know if you are able to get a tattoo. It is important to let your artist know if you have any medical, blood or skin conditions.

• IF YOU HAVE UPCOMING TRAVELS

Proper aftercare, including keeping the tattoo clean, moisturized, and protected, is crucial for optimal healing. Rescheduling appointments or planning around activities that could impede healing is important. We advise to reschedule the appointment to avoid healing complications.

• UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Refrain from using drugs or alcohol during your tattoo appointment to ensure a positive experience and reduce the risk of complications. Clear communication, optimal healing, and the best outcome for your tattoo can be achieved by maintaining a sober state of mind. 

• IF YOU ARE INDECISIVE

Tattoos are permanent. It is important to make informed decisions and not be influenced by peer pressure or spontaneity. Take your time to consider your design, placement, and meaning to ensure long-lasting satisfaction. 

At our shop, we stand behind our work and want to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with their tattoos. To that end, we offer one free retouch within three months of your initial appointment. 

Our team of skilled artists are available to assist you in scheduling your retouch. This policy does not extend to any face, hand or feet placements.
